While the 285 Corridor and surrounding area doesn’t have a lot of bars, breweries, taprooms or wineries, we do have the best! Aspen Peak Cellars Winery is a quaint winery in the heart of Bailey. Stop by the winery for a gourmet bite to eat and enjoy a tasting of their latest wine selections. Check out the website for upcoming events including live music, special tastings menus and snowshoeing.
Aspen Perk Café is a neighborhood spot that will warm your heart and stomach every time. You won't be disappointed with the food here. One of the favorite dishes is the Flying J burrito filled with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and green chili. Stop by for breakfast or lunch. Paula is also open for events after 3:00p when the restaurant closes. Give her a call for your next event, meeting or group gathering.
Brooks Place Tavern is another neighborhood favorite with specials every night and plenty of beers on tap to try. Check out the special Lavosh, burgers, wings, the bison meatloaf and the special Brookswurst platter. (Don’t forget wine Wednesday)

Cutthroat Café is a little gem on Main Street in Bailey. Chip and his staff are fantastic! Stop in this mountain deli for breakfast, burgers, sandwiches and chili. A great go to is always the tuna melt.
Ebony & Vine - takes pride in generous portions and top quality ingredients. Their exceptional pizza and hearty pastas are made lovingly from old world recipes and 100% real cheeses! A great place for casual dining, sports bar or romantic live music. A must try if you are in the Conifer area!
Ernie's Mountain Bakery & Cafe is a great place for a warm cup of coffee, delicious pastries and bread, and even homemade pot pies! Treat yourself and stop by for something delicious!
Los 3 Garcias is the best Mexican food in Conifer with excellent margaritas! Daniel and Miguel are friendly and very accommodating. A current favorite is the molcajete with shrimp, chicken, beef, cactus leaves with a super flavorful broth.
Mac Nation is the place to go if you are looking for a variety of mac ‘n cheese. This cute shop offers so many choices; the options are endless. A few favorites here are green chili mac ‘n cheese and BBQ mac ‘n cheese. This is the place to go if you are in the Indian Hills area or driving by on 285 and want to pick up dinner on the way home.
Rocky Mountain Wraps – Healthy food in a wrap, salads, hummus and lots of tasty items! They offer Grab n Go pita wraps including falafel, hummus, grilled chicken and beef... all made to order! Soup of the Day options and mixed salad greens or tabbouleh, hummus and veggies with pita are also available. A must visit when you are in the area.
Snowpack Taproom is a great place to stop in after a long day out hiking or playing disc golf.
