Yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety, enhance your mood and your sense of well-being. This class will provide methods to reduce stress levels, such as, mindful breathing, full body relaxation techniques, guided meditation, and gentle yoga flows. This practice will soothe your nervous system; bringing you a sense of clarity and calm.
