To upload files like PDF, photos, Word Documents, and Excel do the following:
1.  login to your administrative website
2.  go to "Image and File Manager"
3.  click the "Upload Files" link at the top of the page
5.  click the "browse" button and select your file on your computer
6.  click "upload"

All uploaded files can be accessed through Page Builder using the "Insert Image" and "Insert File" icons.
